• Conversant with Hirum,RMS,Console,EzyRez computer software systems.
• End of month trust account balancing.
• Reliable and honest and self starters.
• Non smokers and physically fit.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Fluent in German.
• Excellent knowledge of Qld and SE Qld.
• Excellent knowledgef Trust and Body Corporate requirements.
• Experience in all aspects of Management-Accounting,Marketing,PR,Personnel,Reporting, Budgeting,Payroll.
• Justice of the Peace.

We also provide advice on day to day operations, software processes, body corporate procedures and owner relationship @$75.00 per hour.

On site training to industry newcomers, Hirum training, caretakers contractual obligations, etc @ $95.00 per hour.

Previously held Liquor Licenses in Queensland, Tasmania, and Northern Territory.

Current  Queensland Liquor Licence.

Work History

We have managed complexes from 3.5 to 5 star and up to 260 plus apartments on the Gold Coast as well as small boutique properties, ranging across 1,2,3 bedroom apartments, studios, Penthouses. Resort Managers at Heron Island for 3 years as well as working on Lizard Island, Bederra Islands, Dunk Island  - Queensland  and Freycinet Lodge - Tasmania etc . Some with Food and Beverage facilities, function rooms etc as well as interstate and off-shore.

Guide to Fees

One day $190 - $270, Please note that one week's notice is required for one day booking.

Two days $500

Five days $1200

Front Office Relief $35.00 per hour

All prices are plus GST

Fees are by negotiation based on property size and other factors which can be discussed in person. The above fees may be used as a guide.
