Fluent in German.
Excellent knowledge of Qld and SE Qld.
Excellent knowledgef Trust and Body Corporate requirements.
Experience in all aspects of Management-Accounting,Marketing,PR,Personnel,Reporting, Budgeting,Payroll.
Justice of the Peace.

We also provide advice on day to day operations, software processes, body corporate procedures and owner relationship @$75.00 per hour.

On site training to industry newcomers, Hirum training, caretakers contractual obligations, etc @ $95.00 per hour.

Previously held Liquor Licenses in Queensland, Tasmania, and Northern Territory.

Current Queensland Liquor Licence.
